Once your deposit is received, we’ll contact you promptly—via your preferred method of communication—to get to know you and your vision. This conversation sets the foundation for the watch we’ll build together.

Together, we’ll shape the concept for your custom timepiece—dial artwork, color palette, case details, strap options, and more. You’ll receive a digital design proposal for your review and approval.

After your approval, your watch enters production. The dial is printed by hand, the case engraved, and the timepiece assembled with precision. It’s then packaged in a custom box and shipped securely to your door.
