Return Policy – Elysese Custom Watches

At Elysese Custom Watches, every timepiece is created with intention, craftsmanship, and personal meaning. Because our watches are custom-made and produced in close consultation with our clients, our return policy reflects the bespoke nature of our work.

We encourage all clients to carefully review the details below before placing an order.

CUSTOM & MADE-TO-ORDER WATCHES

All Elysese watches are custom-made or made to order. This means each watch is designed and produced specifically for the individual client.

For this reason:

Custom and made-to-order watches are not eligible for returns or refunds once production has started

Full or partial customization (including but not limited to dial design, engraving, materials, or special requests) makes the order final

Payment for custom watches is non-refundable after the customization process has commenced

This policy ensures the integrity of our craftsmanship and reflects the highly personal nature of each timepiece.

EXCEPTIONS & DAMAGE ON ARRIVAL

If your watch arrives damaged or defective:

You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery

Clear photos and/or videos of the issue must be provided

The watch must remain unworn and in its original condition

Once reviewed, we will work with you to find an appropriate solution, such as repair or replacement where applicable.

RETURNS (NON-CUSTOM ITEMS ONLY)

In the rare case that a non-custom, non-altered item is offered:

Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving the item

The item must be unused, unworn, and returned in its original packaging

Any protective materials must remain intact

Shipping costs, customs duties, and taxes are non-refundable

Return eligibility is always assessed on a case-by-case basis.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS & DUTIES

For international orders:

Import duties, taxes and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient

These costs are non-refundable

Any fees incurred by Elysese Custom Watches due to refused or uncollected deliveries will be deducted from any applicable refund

REFUSED OR UNCOLLECTED DELIVERIES

If a delivery is refused or not collected and returned to us:

All associated costs will be deducted from any applicable refund

This includes shipping costs, return shipping, customs duties, handling fees, and carrier charges

RETURN PROCESS (IF APPLICABLE)

If a return is approved:

  1. Contact us via email, WhatsApp or reply to your order confirmation

  2. Provide your order number and reason for return

  3. Follow the return instructions provided by our team

  4. Once received, the item will be inspected

  5. If approved, any applicable refund will be processed to the original payment method
