Warranty Policy – Elysese Custom Watches

At Elysese Custom Watches, quality, craftsmanship, and attention to detail are fundamental to every timepiece we create. Each watch is carefully assembled, tested and inspected before delivery.

This Warranty Policy explains the scope of coverage, exclusions and the procedure for submitting a warranty claim.

WARRANTY COVERAGE

Elysese Custom Watches provides a limited warranty covering manufacturing and mechanical defects under normal use.

Unless stated otherwise, the warranty:

Covers defects related to the movement and assembly

Applies under normal and intended use

Is valid for 24 months from the date of delivery

If a defect covered by this warranty occurs within the warranty period, Elysese Custom Watches will assess the issue and at its discretion, arrange a repair or replacement.

WARRANTY CARD & UNIQUE CODE

Every Elysese Custom Watch is delivered with an official Elysese Warranty Card.

The warranty card includes:

A unique warranty code

The date of purchase

The warranty card serves as proof of authenticity and warranty eligibility and is required for all warranty claims.

Important notes:

Warranty claims cannot be processed without a valid warranty card and unique code

The warranty card is issued once and cannot be replaced if lost, stolen or damaged

Clients are advised to store the warranty card safely

WHAT IS NOT COVERED?

The warranty does not cover damage or defects resulting from:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Accidental damage, misuse, neglect or improper handling

  • Impacts, drops, shocks, or external force

  • Unauthorized repairs, modifications or servicing by third parties

  • Water damage caused by use beyond the stated water-resistance rating

  • Exposure to extreme temperatures, chemicals or magnetic fields

  • Straps, bracelets, and normal signs of wear such as minor scratches or natural discoloration are not covered by the warranty.

Natural variations resulting from hand-finishing or aging are not considered defects.

CUSTOM & BESPOKE ELEMENTS

Because all Elysese watches are custom-made or made to order:

Minor variations in print, texture or finish are inherent to the handcrafted process

Personalized elements (including engravings, custom dials or bespoke features) are not eligible for replacement unless a clear manufacturing defect is present

Such variations do not qualify as warranty claims.

WATER RESISTANCE DISCLAIMER

Water resistance ratings apply only under the conditions specified at the time of delivery.

The warranty does not cover:

Damage caused by water exposure beyond the stated rating

Damage resulting from improper use (including hot showers, saunas or saltwater exposure unless explicitly approved)

We recommend periodic water-resistance checks, particularly after impact or servicing.

WARRANTY CLAIM PROCEDURE

To initiate a warranty claim:

  1. Contact Elysese Custom Watches via email, WhatsApp or reply to your order confirmation

  2. Provide your order number and a clear description of the issue

  3. Submit photos and/or videos showing the defect

  4. Provide the unique warranty code listed on your warranty card

After assessment, you will be informed whether the claim is approved and receive further instructions.

SHIPPING FOR WARRANTY SERVICE

  • Shipping arrangements for approved warranty repairs are handled in consultation

  • Return shipments may require insurance

  • Elysese Custom Watches is not responsible for damage occurring during uninsured return shipping

NON-TRANSFERABILITY & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

  • This warranty is valid only for the original purchaser

  • The warranty is non-transferable

  • Elysese Custom Watches shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages, loss of use or financial loss resulting from watch malfunction

This warranty does not affect any statutory rights that may apply under local consumer law.

SUPPORT BEYOND WARRANTY

Elysese Custom Watches operates through a personal, consultation-based process. Even outside the warranty period, clients are encouraged to contact us with questions or concerns.
