At Elysese Custom Watches, every watch is individually designed and handcrafted. Because each piece is made to order, shipping timelines differ from standard retail products. We believe in transparency and personal communication throughout the entire process — including insured delivery.
MADE-TO-ORDER PROCES
All Elysese watches are created specifically for you after your order is confirmed.
This includes design customization, hand-printing the dial, engraving, hand-finishing, assembly, quality control, and final inspection.
Because of this bespoke process:
No watches are held in stock
Each order follows its own unique timeline
Delivery is always aligned with the progress of your watch
ESTIMATED PRODUCTION & SHIPPING TIME
The estimated production and shipping time is discussed personally with each client after the order is placed.
As a general indication:
Most custom watches are completed within several weeks
The exact timeline depends on the complexity of the design, availability of components, and finishing requirements
You will be kept informed at every stage of the process and updated regularly on the progress of your watch.
DELIVERY IN CONSULTATION
Because every Elysese watch is custom-made, delivery timing is always agreed upon in consultation with the client.
This means:
Shipping is coordinated once your watch is nearing completion
Delivery preferences (timing, destination, special requests) are discussed personally
No watch is shipped without your confirmation
This approach ensures a smooth, transparent, and reliable delivery experience.
POSSIBLE DELAYS
In rare cases, production or shipping may take longer than initially anticipated. This may be caused by factors such as:
Delays in the supply of specialized components
Extended hand-finishing or quality control to meet our standards
Delays caused by shipping carriers or customs procedures
If a delay occurs, you will be informed promptly and clearly.
SHIPPING RESPONSIBILITY
Once your watch has been shipped with insurance coverage and handed over to the selected carrier:
You will receive a shipping confirmation
Responsibility for delivery transfers to the shipping provider
Elysese Custom Watches cannot be held liable for delays caused by external carriers or circumstances beyond our control. No compensation or claims can be derived from such delays.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Elysese Custom Watches ships internationally.
Please note that international shipments may be subject to:
Customs inspections
Import duties or taxes (to be paid by the recipient)
Any applicable fees are the responsibility of the customer.
In cases where import fees are exceptionally high, we may explore possible adjustments or solutions in consultation with the client.
